What to expect when you sign up for Scoop N Go
Arrival Notification 📳
If you opt-in for notifications, you’ll receive a text message when your technician is scheduled to arrive, typically within 30-60 minutes. While we cannot provide exact arrival times, we optimize each route the night before to reduce drive time and keep costs low. You are not required to be home during the service. We just ask for easy access to the cleaning areas and that any dogs are kept out of the service area.
Yard Cleaning 🐕
Your Scoop Technician will thoroughly clean your yard of all dog waste. Our staff is trained to follow a specific walking route to reduce the chance of missing any pet waste, and they will walk the yard multiple times to ensure it's as clean as possible.
Safety Measures 🦺
After your yard is free of waste, the technician will upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no pets can escape. Additionally, all scooping equipment will be sanitized with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of any illness. We operate 12 months out of the year and we are dedicated to ensuring your yard stays perfect. Rain, snow or shine, Scoop N Go will be there, as long as it is safe to do so.
Pet Waste Disposal 💩
After completing all safety measures, our technician will gather and securely bag the pet waste, then remove it from your property for eco-friendly disposal.

How does Scoop N Go Work?
To get started, simply scroll down and fill out a New Request form. After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a quote. Once you approve the quote, we will send you the invoice for our services and once paid, you will be added to our route. Scoop N Go operates on a monthly subscription basis, billed in advance on the 1st of each month. If you sign up mid-cycle, you will only be charged for the remaining weeks left within that billing cycle, your next billing will occur on the 1st of the following month.
