Welcome to Scoop N Go Dog Waste Removal!

 

By subscribing to our dog waste removal service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

 

1. Service Overview

• Our dog waste removal service operates on a subscription basis, charged monthly, quarterly, or annually in advance, depending on your selected plan. Service pricing is based on the number of dogs and your selected service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

 

2. Season Pass Subscription

• The Scoop N Go Seasons Pass is a pre-paid service contract covering the period from March 15th to November 15th, weather permitting.

As a Season Pass holder, you’ll unlock exclusive perks, including:

  • 15% off all products from Dave’s Pet Co., plus free delivery.

  • A loyalty discount for next year when you renew your pass.

  • Locked-in rates throughout the season, no surprises!

  • Participation in our referral program – earn a $25 credit for every successful referral!

  • Exclusive promotions and priority scheduling 

 

2.1 Payment Options:

1 Payment: Save 15% by paying in full upon signing up.

4 Payments: Save 10% with four payments spaced every other month with the first payment due upon signing up. The subsequent payments will be on May 1st , July 1st, September 1st.

8 Payments: Pay the standard monthly rate.

• Cancellation Policy for Seasons Pass:

• Within 30 Days of Purchase: Full refund minus $99 for the Spring Cleanup.

• After 30 Days: Pro-rated refund based on remaining service period minus a $50 cancellation fee & $99 Spring Clean Up fee.

• Pause Option: Service may be paused for up to one month. No refunds for paused months.

 

3. Quotes and Pricing Adjustments

• Quotes provided are typically accurate, but pricing is not final until your yard is fully inspected on the first visit. Any price adjustments will be communicated before services begin.

 

4. Monthly Subscription Billing

• Billing Schedule: Your credit card will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month based on your chosen service option.​

• Mid-Month Subscriptions: For new subscriptions after the 1st of the month, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month or quarter.

• Late Payments: 48 hours past payment due date is considered overdue. A $10 late fee will apply for overdue payments. If payment is not received by the first scheduled cleaning of the month, service will be paused, and an initial cleaning fee may apply when service resumes.

 

5. Service Guidelines

• Dog Restraint: For safety, all dogs must be indoors or in a separate area during visits. If a dog is present in the service area, service may be skipped, and charges will still apply.

• Inclement Weather: Services are provided year-round, but unsafe weather conditions may result in service delays. Charges for missed weeks still apply, and the waste will be removed during the next scheduled visit.

• Rural Properties: Service is limited to a 150-foot radius around your home unless prior arrangements are made. Additional fees may apply for extended areas.

 

6. Initial, One-Time, and Spring Cleanups

• Initial and one-time cleanups require payment upon completion. Regular service subscriptions following an initial cleanup will begin after billing for the remainder of the month. Initial, One-Time and Spring Cleanups are quoted based on areas with up to four (4) months of normal use. Properties with excessive dog waste accumulation may be subject to additional fees upon service completion.

• Spring cleanup is included for active Seasons Pass holders or those who maintain continuous service through the winter. 

 

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Regular Subscriptions:

• Service can be canceled at any time with a 7-day notice.

• Refunds are provided for services not yet performed, prorated to the cancellation date.

• Seasons Pass:

• Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in Section 2.

 

8. Service Pauses

• Regular Subscriptions: Paused services will incur an initial cleanup fee upon resumption.

• Seasons Pass: One pause of up to one month is allowed without penalty.

 

9. Access to Yard

• Ensure gates are unlocked on service days. If access is blocked, service may be skipped, and full charges will apply. Double duty will be performed on the next scheduled visit.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or your customer portal. Continued use of the service after updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
